The recruitment industry generates in excess of US$280b for the global economy yet recruitment consultancy is probably one of the most undervalued professions in the world – but not at the Aspire Global Network. We know we help people move jobs and in many instances change their lives for the better. We also know that we have improved the performance of our clients by finding them top talent.
This means we play a pivotal role in the success and growth of the economy, by not only providing the finest talent but also as an industry in our own right.

The Aspire Global Network was established in 1992 and now comprises over 80 people working across six distinct brands:
• PFJ
• The Graduate Recruitment Company
• RPCushing
• Periscope
• ICUR, based in Sydney
• Aspire Global Network Singapore
Our vision is to become a ‘global network of leading specialist recruitment companies’, and there couldn’t be a more exciting time to join.
The recession hit the recruitment industry hard and there were not many consultancies that were able to trade profitably and maintain reasonable staffing levels. The management of our business enabled us to make key investment decisions at a time when most of our competitors were looking to cut.
As a result we grew 62% last year and have continued to grow strongly this year. We have also invested over £1m into the business to the benefit of all our people
• We have a state of the art CRM system
• New ‘funky’ offices
• Launched a new office in Singapore - Aspire Global Network Asia
• Are Followers of Team 2012 supporting our athletes at the London Olympics
• Undertaken an in-depth Market research project with IPSOS to benefit our clients
• Supporting internal well being and charitable projects
Because our brands reflect our exceptional people , we focus on recruiting and selecting the best possible talent. We have invested in a unique, bespoke career development system, ‘Aspire’ which empowers all our people to choose how to advance their careers.
In addition, we are a Sunday Times Best Company to Work For, and are accredited with the international quality standard ISO 9001. We are an Investors in People, hold an Investors in Customers accreditation and winners of multiple recruitment awards.
At the Aspire Global Network, we try to make work enjoyable which is why we have the Ministry of Fun, a team dedicated to ensuring that we can fun outside of work and well as in it.
In a crowded market, I believe we have something genuinely different to offer, but don’t take my word for it - see what our people say about us on our LinkedIn page.
